Service Adviser (Customer Services) Responsibilities: • Providing quality customer service on motor after sales services, including cost quotation and professional advice to customers regarding vehicle service, repair and maintenance • Liaise with customer and provide sales promotion and progress update to build up good customer relationship • Work closely with workshop technical team to ensure smooth operation of service centre • Follow up repair progress and prepare related document • Handle enquiries and complaints in a professional manner Requirements: • Form 5 or above • At least 2-3 years relevant experience of customer services, automotive industry is preferred • Self-motivated, aggressive, passionate, customer-oriented and excellent in communication skills • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese • Possessing valid driving license class 1, 2 is preferred • Knowledge on MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing Location: • Yuen Long • San Tin Trainer Responsibility: • Design and conduct training to salesman, mechanics on new models, manufacturer specified programs • Handle skill assessment • Provide customer oriented product features training • Attend manufacturer required training • Analysis and prepare regular training report Requirements: • Diploma or above in mechanical /automotive or related disciplines • 8-10 years relevant experiences in motor industry • Independent, self-motivated with good communication skills • Good PC skills with knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel are preferable Location: • Kowloon Bay Technician Responsibility: • Responsible for repair and maintenance on the vehicles & chargers • Provide technical support to customers & mechanics Requirements: • Diploma or above in mechanical / electronic engineering or related disciplines • 3 years relevant experiences • Able to solve problems independently • Independent, self-motivated with good communication skills • With general mechanical knowledge and experience will be consider Location: • Yuen Long Interested parties please send your resume stating reference number and expected salary to Human Resources to [email protected], or WhatsApp to 9866 2989.
